The hotel was in a good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. In a nice, tree lined street with lots of designer shops. The staff were so attentive and provided us with extra treats as we were travelling for our wedding anniversary which was a nice gesture. The whole hotel was spotless and the decor modern but comfortable. Rooms were a good size and turn down service was a lovely touch. The roof top pool and bar were lovely and very much welcome after a hot day exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and very much worth the money. All in all we had a brilliant stay, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Lisbon.

Nice modern hotel, located as part of a shopping mall. The room is tastefully decorated. Breakfast was okay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions as well as Rossio train station.

Felt very welcome when we arrived. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Roof top bar and pool with a view of Lisbon was all very impressive.

Location superb and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful without exception. Room & overall facilities great & breakfast spread very extensive. Roof top bar has great views and pool area very nice & clean. Fantastic array of little restaurants close by and if high end shopping (or browsing) is your thing, the location is first class. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

What outstanding was, that is the quiet and the dark that you could make in the room to sleep very well. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The stuff was really nice. The cocktail bar on the rooftop is outstanding (but somehow a bit slow).

The serviceminded and friendly staff did everything they could to provide us with the best they could offer during our stay. We are so grateful for their valuable tips, and they really make you feel like they CARE about their guests. A huge thanks to all the valuable tips and local knowledge sharing before we went out and about in the city. They also offered us cold lemonade on the day we arrived while waiting. The sound proofed rooms was such a wonderful installment, as we're the roof terrace with a magnificent view of the sunset! The friendly and helpful staff was also able to provide us with another mattress as the first one was too hard as soon as we told them. As it was on a normal weekday and not too far into the spring , we were offered another room if the first mattress solution weren't working. They were very helpful and did everything they could to help us. But know this: If you are on the curvy side with a thinner waist and like to sleep on a medium mattress, you really have to consider if you can sleep on a hard/harder bed with stiff springers in it. Even my partner, which is straight in not curvy, had some trouble with the bed and his hips. The hotel will do all they can to provide you with a 2-3 cm top mattress and what else you might need. In my case, I ended up with 2 top mattresses as well as 1 duvet to sleep on, besides the regular duvet. I am really curvy, with a small waist, and if you are as well, you should take this aspect into serious consideration.

All of the staff were lovely. It was my birthday whilst I was there and the hotel very kindly provided me with a birthday surprise which was unexpected and very kind. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Great views and very reasonable. I didn’t eat there but the menu and the food looked good. Breakfast had good options. Location was great with metro and buses outside the door but only a 5-10 mins walk to Rossio Square, Gloria Fenicular and a 15min walk to lots of restaurants and sites. There is an Aldi downstairs and as I was thrrr for a few days, it was great for extra water or snacks etc.

Breakfast was very good, room was well featured (no view) and the staff were very sympathetic to a number of problems I encountered generally in Lisbon. Metro is just outside and it's a good location to begin sightseeing or shopping etc.

all staff friendly and helpful throughout. the roof top bar is a highlight with stunning views and lovely ambiance. we chose a suite with terrace. lovely big room with nice touches....coffee machine, complimentary bottled water, chocolates each night. very comfy huge bed. location is great.....easy to walk to lots of attractions. metro across the road.

We stayed in one of the suites with a balcony which gave us a fantastic view of the city. The staff were really great and the rooftop bar and pool was such a cool hangout after a long day. The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Lisbon and very easily walkable to all the main spots in the city. It would be hard to beat the location for a city-centric visit. The hotel is attached to a small plaza which has a grocery store on the back side which was super-convenient for supplies.
